This easy-to-make gin cocktail mixes soft flavours of lemon and mint with sparkling Apple & Elderflower.
1 Lemon
160ml Boyles Gin
Elderflower Tonic Water
Mint Leaves
Ice
Thinly slice the lemon and divide the slices between 2 glasses.
Add a mint leaf to each.
Divide the gin between the glasses, then muddle to break up the lemons and release the mint flavour.
Add ice and stir.
Top up with the tonic water and garnish with sprigs of mint.
