Broccoli and Leek Bake

Ingredients
- 350g broccoli
 - 2 leeks
 - 500g Cucina lasagne sauce
 - 40g mature cheddar cheese – grated
 - 1 tsp Stonemills paprika
 - 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
 - Sea salt and black pepper
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°c/400°f/gas6
 - Wash the leeks and chop into rings
 - Break the broccoli into florets
 - Cook them both in some boiling water for 3 mins and drain well
 - In a bowl mix the sauce with the mustard, season with some black pepper and the paprika – mix well – add the broccoli and leeks and gently mix
 - Put this into an oven proof dish – sprinkle over the cheese
 - Bake in the oven for 20 mins
