Autism Friendly Hours at ALDI

At ALDI, we understand that the grocery shopping environment can sometimes be overwhelming for customers with autism and their families. To support a more inclusive shopping experience, we have introduced Autism Friendly Hours in all of our stores.

Our Autism Friendly Hours take place every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, providing a quieter, more sensory-friendly environment.

During these hours, we make the following adjustments:

• No in-store announcements
• Till scan sounds are lowered
• Noise levels are reduced where possible
• Additional assistance available upon request
• Assistance dogs are always welcome

We are proud to offer this supportive initiative to help make the shopping experience more
accessible and comfortable for everyone in our community.
