Pork sausages, wrapped in bacon, with a sticky honey and soy glaze.
375g pack Chipolatas
12 slices Streaky Bacon
50g Squeezy Honey
10g Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
In the meantime, mix the honey, soy sauce and mustard together.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage.
Put them on a baking sheet.
Brush each one with the glaze, then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve alongside the rest of the glaze as a dip.
