    1 x Pack Lime and Coriander Rice

    2-3 Wholemeal Wraps Wraps

    1 x Can Taco Mixed Beans

    1 x tin Sweetcorn 1 Red Pepper (Cut into strips)

    Handful of Baby Leaf Salad

    Method

    Warm the Wholemeal Wraps, the mixed taco beans and the Lime & Coriander rice as per the pack instructions.

    Cover the wraps with a bed of baby leaf salad followed by a layer of Taco Beans, then Lime & Coriander Rice.

    Finish with some Sweetcorn & strips of Red Pepper and wrap up.
