A tasty Paté to whip up. Serve over a crispy cracker or a selection of breads.
1 x 200g pack Smoked Mackerel with Lemon and Parsley
50g Butter
100g Mayonnaise
2tsp Horseradish sauce
Take the skin off the mackerel fillets and discard.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well blended.
Great Served with Specially Selected black pepper crackers and fresh celery sticks.
