Succulent beef slow cooked in a classic Irish stew, packed with vegetables.
1 pack Diced beef
3 x Carrots
3 celery sticks
1 pack Stew mix
Peel and slice the carrots and potatoes. Slice and cut the celery.
Sauté the diced steak pieces in a hot pan until brown.
Transfer all to slow cooker.
Blend beef casserole meal mix with water as per pack instructions and pour over meat and vegetables in slow cooker.
Set to low setting for 5 hours, stirring occasionally and adding small amounts of water if needed.
