Scream-tastic Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 100ml Ballycastle White Chocolate Flavour Country Cream / Ballycastle Country Cream
  • 50ml Vodka
  • 50ml Single Cream
  • Ice
  • To Serve:
  • 2 Martini glasses
  • 30g White Chocolate, grated
  • 2 tbsp Toffee Sauce

Method

  1. Dip the rim of the glasses into the toffee sauce and then into the grated white chocolate.
  2. Place all the cocktail ingredients into a shaker and shake for 1 minute.
  3. Equally strain into the glasses and serve.
