Scream-tastic Cocktail

Ingredients
- 100ml Ballycastle White Chocolate Flavour Country Cream / Ballycastle Country Cream
- 50ml Vodka
- 50ml Single Cream
- Ice
- To Serve:
- 2 Martini glasses
- 30g White Chocolate, grated
- 2 tbsp Toffee Sauce
Method
- Dip the rim of the glasses into the toffee sauce and then into the grated white chocolate.
- Place all the cocktail ingredients into a shaker and shake for 1 minute.
- Equally strain into the glasses and serve.
