Gingered Apple Scotch Highball

Ingredients
- 60ml Ian Macleod 5yo Blended Whisky
- 60ml Pressed Apple Juice
- 1 tsp Squeezy Honey
- 2 slices of Fresh Ginger
- 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 120ml Lemonade
- Ice
- Apple Slice and Sprig of Mint, to garnish
Method
1. Put one of the slices of ginger in a cup with the apple juice and honey.
2. Using the end of a wooden spoon, crush the ginger until broken down.
3. Put this and the liquid into a highball glass.
4. Add the whisky and mint leaves and stir well.
5. Half fill the glass with ice and pour over the lemonade.
6. Garnish with the other slice of ginger, apple and a sprig of mint and serve.
