Ghostly Rum Cocktail

Ingredients
- 60ml Roast Coffee
- Rum/Cassario Rum
- 200ml Fresh Coffee
- 2 tsp Demerara Sugar
To Serve
- 2 Glass Coffee cups
- Squirty Cream
- 4 Chocolate Chips
- 2 Coffee Beans
Method
- Add 1 teaspoon of demerara sugar to each glass and add the hot coffee and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the rum and stir to combine.
- Top with squirty cream to resemble a ghost.
- Arrange the chocolate chips as the ghost’s eyes and the coffee beans as the mouth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
