Aperini Sangria

Ingredients

  • 100ml Aperini
  • 200ml Sparkling Pinot Grigio
  • 200ml Soda Water
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 Peach
  • 40g Raspberries
  • 40g Strawberries
  • Ice
  • A few sprigs of Thyme, to serve

Method

  1. Slice the fruit, saving some whole raspberries to garnish, and pop it all a jug with the ice.
  2. Add the Aperini, Pinot Grigio and stir.
  3. Top with soda water and a few sprigs of thyme, then serve.
