Aperini Sangria

Ingredients
- 100ml Aperini
- 200ml Sparkling Pinot Grigio
- 200ml Soda Water
- 1 large Orange
- 1 Peach
- 40g Raspberries
- 40g Strawberries
- Ice
- A few sprigs of Thyme, to serve
Method
- Slice the fruit, saving some whole raspberries to garnish, and pop it all a jug with the ice.
- Add the Aperini, Pinot Grigio and stir.
- Top with soda water and a few sprigs of thyme, then serve.
