A fun and creative edition to a festive cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 Sprigs of mint, with the bottom 2 leaves of each cut off
  • 2 Figs, sliced into 4
  • 8 Cranberries
  • 4 Red grapes, each cut in half

You will need:

  • 4 Brooklea Tube It yogurt tubes, washed, clean and ready to use as your ice cube molds.

Method

Take your empty tubes and stand them in a tall glass.

Add the grapes, cranberries and mint leaves and one piece of fig to each tube, layering them to create a pattern.

Fill theses with water, pop a sprig of mint in the top and balance a piece of fig on the edge of each so it just pokes into the liquid.

Allow them to freeze for 4 hours and serve with your favourite festive cocktail!
