Coconut and Berry Chai Pudding

Ingredients
250ml Coconut milk
130g Greek Authentic yoghurt
100g – 4 Seasons frozen summer berries – no need to thaw
25g chai seeds
15ml Manuka honey
15g Macca Powder
8 x whole almonds
Method
Mix all the ingredients except the almonds together in a bowl – transfer to a couple of jars or pots
Cover and refrigerate overnight, the puddings will have set by morning
Chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top and serve
