This tangy salsa will compliment your succulent lamb dish perfectly
30g fresh Parsley
20g fresh Mint
1 Garlic Clove Juice
1/2 Lemon
40g Gherkins
1 tbsp English Mustard
100ml Olive Oil
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Serve drizzled over roast leg of Lamb.
