Chimichurri

Argentinian | Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Vegan | Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tsp Specially Selected Mint Sauce with Balsamic Vinegar
 - 4 Garlic Cloves
 - 20g Flat Leaf Parsley
 - 10g fresh Coriander
 - Grated zest of ½ a large Lemon
 - 120ml Olive Oil
 - 1 small Red Onion
 - 10g Red Chilli
 - Sea Salt and Black Pepper
 
Method
- Put the mint sauce and olive oil in a bowl and stir in the lemon zest.
 - Peel and chop the garlic and red onion and add to the bowl.
 - Finely chop the chilli, coriander and parsley, add to the bowl and mix well.
 - Season with salt and black pepper and serve. Great served with lamb, steak, chicken and fish.
