Spaghetti & Meatballs

An Italian classic for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients
- 500g Spaghetti
- 1 x Large Onion
- 500g Bolognese Sauce
- 1 x Pack Beef Meatballs
- 2tsp Vegetable Oil
Method
- Heat the oil in a casserole dish, add the diced onion and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add the meatballs and cook on a medium heat for ten minutes turning them gently as they cook until all sides of the meatballs are golden.
- Add the jar of bolognese sauce and switch the heat down to low and simmer for ten minutes.
- Whilst the sauce and meatballs are simmering, bring a large pan of salted water to boiling point & add the spaghetti, boil for around 9 minutes until the spaghetti is cooked.
- Drain the spaghetti.
- Take the meatballs and some of the sauce out.
- Add the spaghetti to the casserole dish and mix through with the remaining sauce.
- Place the meatballs and sauce on the top for serving.
- Garnish with some basil leaves and a sprinkle of black pepper.
