Baked Savoury Bananas

Ingredients
- 4 medium Bananas
- 25g Butter
- 25g The Pantry Plain Flour
- 400ml Milk
- 4 slices Specially Selected Thinly Sliced Wiltshire Honey Ham
- 4g Dijon Mustard
- 70g Blue Stilton
- ½ tsp Stonemill Paprika
- ½ tsp Stonemill Garlic Granules
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, sprinkle over the flour, paprika and garlic granules and cook for a minute.
- Slowly add the milk, stirring all the time, until the sauce thickens.
- Crumble in the blue stilton, season with some salt and black pepper, then put the sauce to one side.
- Peel the bananas and brush the mustard over them.
- Wrap each banana in a slice of ham.
- Place the bananas in a single layer in an ovenproof dish and pour over the stilton sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve.
