Mangorita Tequila Punch

Ingredients
- 240g pack Fresh Mango Chunks
- Juice of 5 Limes
- 250ml Orange Juice – plus 50ml extra for dipping the glasses
- 350ml Tequila
- 300ml Sparkling Lemon & Lime Juice
- Ice Cubes
- 3 tsp Caster Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Method
- Put the lime juice and mango chunks into a small blender or liquidiser and pulse until blended.
- Put this into a large pitcher with plenty of ice.
- Add the orange juice, tequila and sparkling water and mix well.
- Mix the sugar, chilli and sugar together.
- Put on a flat plate.
- Put the extra orange juice on a plate.
- Dip the edges of the glasses in the orange juice, then into the sugar mix.
- Strain the punch into the glasses and sip through the sweetened salty chilli.
- Decorate with slices of lime.
