Frozen Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 8g Coffee Granules
  • 400ml Water
  • 70ml Vodka
  • 60ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 20ml Rum
  • Coffee Beans/Chocolate Powder, to garnish

Method

  1. Mix the coffee with 400ml water and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Add the ice cubes to a blender and pour in the alcohol.
  3. Blitz on the highest setting for a couple of minutes, until you have smooth, frothy drink.
  4. Pour into two glasses, garnish with the coffee beans or chocolate powder and serve.
