Frozen Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 8g Coffee Granules
- 400ml Water
- 70ml Vodka
- 60ml Irish Cream Liqueur
- 20ml Rum
- Coffee Beans/Chocolate Powder, to garnish
Method
- Mix the coffee with 400ml water and pour into an ice cube tray. Freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- Add the ice cubes to a blender and pour in the alcohol.
- Blitz on the highest setting for a couple of minutes, until you have smooth, frothy drink.
- Pour into two glasses, garnish with the coffee beans or chocolate powder and serve.
