Salted Caramel Pretzel Boozy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 400ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 60g Dark Chocolate, finely grated
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Toffee Dessert Sauce
- 50ml Vodka
- 50ml Irish Cream Liqueur
- 2 tbsp Salted Caramel Flavouring
To serve
- 2 tbsp Toffee Dessert Sauce
- Squirty Cream
- 2 tbsp Salted Pretzels, crushed
- 2 Salted pretzels
Method
- Gently heat the milk, cocoa powder, caster sugar, toffee sauce, salted caramel flavouring and grated chocolate in a saucepan and keep stirring until hot and smooth (do not allow to boil).
- Dip the rim of each serving mug into the toffee sauce and then into the crushed pretzels.
- Pour 25ml of vodka and Irish cream liqueur into each mug then top with the hot chocolate mixture.
- Top with squirty cream, a drizzle of toffee sauce and a pretzel to serve.
