Decadent chocolate, fluffy marshmallows and crumbly shortcake make up these delightful party desserts.
200g Bar Choceur Milk Chocolate
110g Mini Marshmallows
130g Belmond Shortbread Fingers
70g Bag Dairyfine White Chocolate Buttons

12 Hole Muffin Tray
Break up the chocolate and put into a heat proof bowl over a pan of boiling water
Make sure the bottom of the pan doesn’t touch the water
Put the pan on the heat and gently heat till the chocolate has melted
Chop up the biscuits into fine chunks
In a large bowl mix the shortbread, melted chocolate, marshmallows and buttons and fold gently together
Put the paper cases in the muffin tray
Put a heaped dessert spoon of the mixture into each case and allow to cool
