We know that every colleague has the opportunity to make a difference. With over 4,900 #TeamAldi members, we’re encouraging every single one of them to carry out simple everyday actions to keep our environment amazing!

What is it?

Our Colleague Engagement Programme is an initiative that provides our colleagues with communications, guidance and training on the simple actions they can take to reduce energy in day-to-day activities. Our energy saving actions focus on 5 key areas: refrigeration, heating, lighting, small power and fuel. From switching off lights in office meeting rooms to closing freezer doors in our stores, these simple actions undertaken across all our operations can make a big positive impact on operational energy consumption.
