Peas whipped with feta cheese and mint to form a light, fresh dip.
200g Feta Cheese
200g Frozen Peas, defrosted
2 Spring Onions, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled and minced
8g Fresh Mint, roughly chopped
100ml Greek Yogurt
Juice of 1 Lemon
Chilli Flakes
SHOP THE INGREDIENTS
Add 150g of the feta, peas, most of the spring onions, garlic, most of the mint, lemon juice and yogurt to a food processor and process until smooth.
Pour into a serving dish and crumble over the remaining feta, decorate with some mint leaves, chopped spring onions and chilli flakes.
Great served with tortilla chips.
