Cheesy, buttery and thoroughly seasoned crispy spiral potatoes are the perfect side dish.
4 Baking Potatoes
120g grated Specially Selected Parmigiano Cheese
100g Salted Butter, melted
2 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 tsp. Garlic Granules
1 tsp. Paprika
Salt and Black Pepper
8g fresh Chopped Parsley
4 x Wooden Skewers
Preheat the oven 180c/350f/gas 4
Mix the grated parmesan with the oregano, garlic granules and paprika – season with some salt and pepper
Put a wooden skewer through the potatoes lengthways
Using a sharp knife cut a spiral all around the potatoes - then gently tease the potato out into a spiral shape
Brush the potatoes with the melted butter – then rub the cheese mix into all the spirals
Bake in the oven for 45 mins until the potatoes are cooked and crisp
Serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley
