Fancy something a little different? Mix it up with this divine seafood chowder.
1 325g pack Fish Pie Mix
100g Cooked and Peeled Cold Water Prawns
2 Medium Onions
30g Salted Butter
1 stick Celery
500ml Boiling Water
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
350g Maris Piper Potatoes
150g Tinned Sweetcorn
300ml Double Cream1 flat tsp Garlic Granules
1 x heaped tsp Paprika
2 x tsps Dried Parsley
Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Chop the celery finely.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small chunks.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan, add the onions and celery and cook for about 3 minutes, till just beginning to soften.
Add the boiling water and crumble in the stock cube.
Add the chopped potatoes, sweetcorn, garlic granules, paprika, parsley and season with some black pepper, then cook for 10 minutes.
Add the mixed fish pack and cream, cook for another 10 minutes, check the seasoning and add a little salt if required.
Then add the prawns, gently heat through and serve
