Soft cheese sandwich squares served on a skewer.
5 x slices White or Wholemeal Bread
160g tin Tuna
20g Mayonnaise
8 x King Prawns
1 x Mini Cucumber, cut into 4
1 x Small Avocado
Juice x ½ Lemon
4 x Large Green Olives
1 x Spring Onion, trimmed and cut into 4
4 x Red Baby Tomatoes
4 x Yellow Baby Tomatoes
1 x stick Celery, cut into 4 chunks
Cut the crusts off the bread and cut each slice into 4 squares. Drain the tuna and mix with the mayo. Spread the tuna mayo on top of the bread slices.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut into 4 chunks – brush with the lemon juice, to stop the avocado from going brown.
Allowing 5 slices of bread per stick and 2 prawns, alternate the other ingredients around them on the sticks.
