    1 x green apple

    1 x red apple

    ½ Honeydew melon

    200g strawberries

    3 x ripe kiwis

    2 x orange

    1 x ripe mango

    60g pomegranate seeds

    Fresh mint

    Natural yoghurt

    Method

    Wipe and slice the apples –discard the core.

    Scoop out the flesh from the melon and slice.

    Wipe the strawberries and quarter.

    Slice the flesh from the mango –discard the skin and stone.

    Peel the oranges and slice.

    Peel the kiwis and slice.

    Mix all the fruits together in a bowl and sprinkle over some fresh mint leaves.

    Serve alongside the yoghurt.
