A refreshing Rosé frozen yogurt dessert, perfect for Summer!
250ml Rosé Wine
60g Icing Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon
500g Greek Yoghurt
Pour the wine, icing sugar and lemon juice into a mixing bowl and whisk to dissolve the sugar
Add the yoghurt and mix together
Either freeze and the churn using an ice cream maker
or
Transfer to a metal container and put in the freezer – check every hour and whisk to break down the ice crystals until you have a smooth frozen yoghurt
Serve in wine glasses decorated with berries and fresh mint
