A boozy red wine spin on the wintry classic with double cream for a silky-smooth drink.
40g Each Dark and Milk Chocolate Chips
80ml Red Wine
80ml Milk
80ml Double Cream
1 dessert spoon Soft Brown Sugar
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Optional Topping -
80ml Double Cream, lightly whipped
Cocoa Powder, to dust
Put the chocolate chips into a small saucepan along with the red wine, milk, vanilla essence, sugar and cream
Heat slowly till the chocolate chips have melted and the liquid is hot
Pour into a glass or jug
If using the cream, pipe over the top and sprinkle with some coca powder
