Enjoy this healthy sweet treat taken from RTE's Operation Transformation
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
2 Wholemeal Crackers
If eating at home, spread half the peanut butter on each cracker and arrange on a plate, peel the banana and cut into slices and arrange on the peanut butter to serve.
If eating away from home, bring the crackers and banana in a Tupperware container with a small pot of the peanut butter alongside a knife.
