1x 170g pack Sage and Onion Stuffing
4x Chicken Breasts
8x Unsmoked Streaky Bacon Rashers
Pre-heat the oven 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
Make up a third of the packet of stuffing as per the instructions on the pack.
Make a slit in the top of the chicken breasts.
Divide the stuffing into four.
Fill the cuts on the chicken breasts with the stuffing.
Wrap two strips of bacon around the chicken in a cross.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
