Horseradish and Chive
125g Salted Butter, at room temperature
10g Chives or Green Stem of Spring Onion
Paprika and Tomato
1 heaped tsp Paprika
20g Tomato Purée
Garlic and Parsley
125g Salted Butter
4 cloves Garlic
10g fresh Parsley
Finely dice the chives or spring onion. Put the butter, chives or spring onion and horseradish together in a bowl. Mix well and then divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well blended. Divide into 6 portions – make into rounds and chill.
Peel and finely dice the garlic or put through a garlic press. Finely chop the parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.
