The most succulent sirlion steak supper.
350g Oven Ready Chips
2 x 250g Sirloin Steaks
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
To serve – Brown Sauce
Pre-heat an oven to 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
Place the chips onto a baking tray and cook until ready.
Next place a frying pan onto the heat, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Add the steak and season well with salt and pepper, cook to the degree your Dad likes.
Remove the chips when cooked.
Serve the steak and chips on a large plate with brown sauce separately.
Once the steak is cooked, leave to rest before eating, this makes the steak softer to eat.
This also works well with chicken breast or pork chops.
