    4 Racks Lamb

    100g Specially Selected caramelised Red Onion Chutney

    100g Bramwells Cranberry Sauce

    120ml Red Wine or Quixo Chicken Stock

    Pinch Stonemills Dried Rosemary and Ground Ginger

    Salt and Black Pepper


    Pre heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 Put the racks of lamb on a roasting tray and season with some salt and black pepper.

    Roast for about 25 minutes for a medium roast.

    Meanwhile mix together the chutney, cranberry sauce and seasonings with the red wine or stock then gently heat through – serve alongside the lamb.

    Great served with some Four Seasons roast potatoes, fresh green beans and chantenay carrots.
