1 x pack Coconut Rice
1 x pack Sweet Potato Pakoras
Dash of Mango Chutney
Handful of Baby Leaf Salad
2 plain Naan Breads
- Warm the Sweet Potato Pakoras, Coconut Rice and Naan Breads as per pack instructions.
- Spread the Naan Breads with Mango Chutney.
- Top with Baby Leaf Salad and add 3 tablespoons of Coconut rice with 4 x Sweet Potato Pakoras per Naan Bread.
- Fold over, cut and serve.
