    Chicken rice with Chorizo and Prawns

    1 x Pack of Chicken Flavour Rice

    50g Cold Water Prawns

    50g Diced Chorizo

    1 tbs Olive Oil


    - Pan fry the diced Chorizo in olive oil for a few minutes until it releases its flavour.

    - Add the Cold Water Prawns to heat through

    - Microwave the Chicken flavoured Rice as per pack instructions.

    - Add the rice to the pan and toss through until thoroughly mixed.

    - Serve Immediately
