Burgers with cheese and bacon wrapped in crispy tortillas.
4 Specially Selected Aberdeen Angus Beef Burgers
12 Rashers Specially Selected Plain Streaky Bacon
1 Large Brown Onion, peeled and sliced
20ml Sunflower Oil
80g Burger Relish
8 Slices Cheesy Singles
4 Large White Tortilla Wraps
4 Mini White Tortilla Wraps
16 Tortilla Chips
Fry the onion until golden in the sunflower oil.
Slightly flatten the burgers to make them a little thinner.
Grill the burgers and the bacon slices until cooked to your liking.
Place the large wraps on a board and divide the burger relish between them, spreading into a burger-sized circle in the middle.
Add the bacon then place the burgers on top.
Top with fried onions and then 2 slices of cheese.
Place 4 tortilla chips on top of the cheese, then finish with a mini tortilla wrap.
Fold the edges of the large wrap on the bottom over the mini one, carefully turn over to make a roundish parcel.
Dry fry the parcels 4-5 minutes each side in the frying pan to crisp up the wraps. Keep warm while you fry the rest, then slice in half to serve.
