4 x slices White Bloomer
8 x rashers Back Bacon
Salted Butter
1 x dessert spoon Tomato Ketchup
2 x teaspoon Brown Sauce
Grill the bacon till crisp.
Butter the bread.
Mix the tomato ketchup with the brown sauce.
Spread this on two of the slices of bloomer.
Top with 4 slices of bacon.
Top with the other buttered bloomer and eat.
