Grilled sweetcorn wrapped in crispy bacon and seasoned with parsley and pepper.
4 x corn on the cob
16 slices Specially Selected streaky bacon
5g fresh parsley chopped
150ml BBQ sauce
Wrap 4 slices of bacon around each corn.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
Put the corns onto the fry tray – don’t overlap.
Close the fry basket.
Cook for 20 mins.
Take out the corn.
Drizzle over the BBQ sauce.
Sprinkle with the parsley, season with the pepper and serve.
