Grilled sweetcorn wrapped in crispy bacon and seasoned with parsley and pepper.
4 Corn on the Cob
16 slices Dry Cured Smoky Streaky Bacon Rashers
5g Fresh Parsley, chopped
150ml BBQ Sauce
Wrap each cob with 4 slices of bacon.
Grill the corn for 15 minutes, turning as you cook, until the bacon is crisp.
Once the cobs are cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and ground black pepper and serve alongside the BBQ sauce.
