Tasty recipe for homemade tzatziki dip. Perfect for authentic Greek dishes.
400g Greek Style Yogurt
1 Cucumber
1 Garlic Clove
15ml Lemon Juice
30ml Olive Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Paprika
First, scoop the seeds out of the cucumber, then grate it.
Next, finely chop the garlic.
Add the grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to the yogurt and stir until fully combined.
Sprinkle the paprika over the tzatziki and serve along with the pitta bread and chopped raw carrots, peppers, cucumber and radishes.
