A fresh and tasty vitamin source
2 x ripe kiwi
40g pomegranate seeds
2x green apples
10g chai seeds
Cut the watermelon into chunks –discard any seeds.
Peel the kiwi and slice.
Ripe the strawberries and quarter.
Cut the apples into slices –discard the cores.
In a blender or nutribullet liquidise all the fruits together along with the seeds.
Serve in glasses –top with ice if you want your drink cooler.
