Impress your guests with these Asian-inspired pork belly bites. Only 15 minutes to make!
500g Pork Belly Slices
4 tbsp Honey
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
3 stems Fresh Coriander, to serve
Slice the pork into 2cm wide pieces.
Fry for 3-5 minutes until the fat begins to crisp.
Quickly add the honey, soy sauce, chopped garlic and chilli flakes, stirring to ensure the pork is well covered.
Stir frequently until the glaze reduces and darkens.
When the glaze has reduced by about three quarters and is dark and sticky, remove from the pan.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Skewer each with a toothpick and serve immediately.
