Mustard Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • ½ large Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 40g Butter
  • 300ml Full Fat Crème Fraîche
  • 50g Wholegrain Mustard
  • 5g Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and cook the cabbage for a couple of minutes, turning regularly in the butter.
  2. Pour over 125ml boiling water, season with some salt, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Drain any water, add the mustard and the crème fraîche, season with some black pepper and heat through.
  4. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
