Ballycastle Martini

Ballycastle, Vodka and Coffee Cocktail, simple yet delicious!
Serves: 2 people | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 1 minute

Ingredients
- 150ml Ballycastle with amaretto
- 100ml Saint Germont Vodka
- 100ml Boiling Water
- 2 heaped tsp Alcafe Gold Blend
- Few Coffee Beans to decorate
Method
- Pour the boiling water over the coffee and allow to cool
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the coffee, Ballycastle and vodka
- Shake well
- Pour into two large chilled martini glasses
- Allow to settle – then top with a few coffee beans and serve
