The Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP) is a non-profit organisation primarily working person-to-person with people who have a variety of needs. The aim of the charity is to tackle poverty through offering direct, personal and non-judgmental assistance based on the needs of the individual or family. In addition it provides a wide range of services for vulnerable people through local offices, shops, resource centres, housing, daycare and holiday schemes.
