    Honey Nut and Banana Porridge

    30g oats

    150ml low fat milk

    ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    ½ teaspoon honey

    1 tablespoon chopped almonds

    ½ chopped banana

    Method

    Place oats with milk in a pot and place on the hob

    Cook for 5 mins on medium heat until creamy

    Sprinkle with cinnamon

    Top with chopped nuts, sliced banana and honey

    Serve hot
