A sweet and zesty treat!
75ml non-alcoholic Gin (or Gin if preferred)
600g White chocolate
80g Icing Sugar
1 x 397g Tin Condensed Milk
Grated Zest x 2 Limes
1 x 20cm Square Baking Tin (lined with some non-stick paper)
Break up the chocolate
Place chunks into a large heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water
Once half melted add the condensed milk and mix into the melting chocolate
Sieve the icing sugar and fold into the mix
Add the gin and half the zest and mix well
Pour into the prepared tin, sprinkle over the remaining zest and allow to cool Refrigerate overnight then cut into squares
