    Chocolate Lollies

    200g Milk Chocolate

    30g White Chocolate Chips

    30g Dark Chocolate Chips

    10g Mini Marshmallows

    4 straws

    1 deep ice cube tray

    Method

    Break up the milk chocolate and put in an ovenproof bowl over a pan of simmering water – make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.

    Add the chocolate chips and allow to melt, stirring occasionally.

    Spoon the melted chocolate into 8 holes of the ice cube tray.

    Cut the straws in half and put a straw into each of the chocolates then sprinkle over the marshmallows.

    Put the lollies in the freezer for 30 minutes.

    Once set, take out of the freezer and remove the lollies from the tray. Serve at room temperature.
