    Breakfast Smoothie: Beetroot and Orange

    60g beetroot

    60 ml low fat milk

    1 medium banana

    1 medium orange

    1 cardamom seed

    7 ice cubes

    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Pinch of salt

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth
