This caramelised biscuit milkshake is delicious and only takes 5 minutes to put together.

    150ml Full Fat Milk

    6 Scoops of Soft Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

    3 tbsp of Smooth Belmont Biscuit Spread

    5 Belmont Caramelised Biscuits

    Squirty Cream

    Method

    Pop a couple of glasses into your freezer to chill.

    Put one of the biscuits in a small bowl and bash into a crumb with the end of a rolling pin. Set aside.

    In a blender, add 150ml full fat milk, followed by 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 3 tablespoons of the biscuit spread.

    Blitz into a smooth, thick consistency.

    Pour the milkshake into the chilled glasses and top with squirty cream.

    Sprinkle the crumbled biscuit over the cream and top each milkshake with 2 Belmont biscuits.
